Abstract: This article discusses the parameters detection and calculation of a power system based onDSP. Accurate powerparameters, rapid measurement for the realization of Automatical dispatching arevery important to ensure the security and economic operation of power grids. The article combinesdigital signal processor that is increasingly widelyused with the exact Fourier transformeffectively ,they are advanced computing hardware and software technology. And designs amulti-function parameter measurement of power based on DSP.

電力系統(tǒng)中的電壓、電流信號(hào)是一種包含有多次諧波分量且基頻會(huì)發(fā)生漂移的周期信號(hào)。對(duì)此種信號(hào)的采樣進(jìn)行分析和處理的一個(gè)主要誤差來(lái)源是采樣頻率和信號(hào)基頻不同步時(shí)產(chǎn)生的泄漏誤差。一般硬件方法是盡可能提高定時(shí)器的分辨率。軟件方法是采用插值或排序等算法。這些方法只是減少了誤差,不能從根本上消除誤差,并且增加了系統(tǒng)硬件成本和軟件工作量。本系統(tǒng)中采用以數(shù)字鎖相環(huán)為核心的采樣脈沖產(chǎn)生器,硬件成本很低,并且大大減小了軟件工作量,最重要的是它從根本上消除了由于不同步帶來(lái)的誤差。如圖3-2 所示,將待測(cè)信號(hào)經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)零比較器,得到一個(gè)方波。設(shè)信號(hào)頻率為f ;反饋頻率為f f ,輸出信號(hào)的頻率為o f 。根據(jù)閉環(huán)控制理論f f = i f ,由于要在一個(gè)基頻周期內(nèi)采樣128 點(diǎn),所以采樣信號(hào)的頻率要是基頻的128 倍,需要128 倍頻,通過(guò)分頻器選擇分頻比,使f f =(1/128) o f ,從而得到fo =128 fi。所以采樣信號(hào)周期T=156.25μ s (設(shè)基頻為50Hz)。
